The most common reason an atv is getting no spark is a bad spark plug either the wrong plug all together or just not gapped correctly. I have a 2003 4x4 400 cat i do not have any fire to plug i have changed the kill swich coil stator plug wire plug boot and the cdi box when i run volt test i get 40 volts to the coil but when i hit the starter the voltage stays the same i hope. The problem was that it wont start it cranks over fine and the machine is in really good shape. You must hook up a kill switch if you plan to ride.

Not really check the amps comming out of the stator plate going to the cdi box. I checked for spark and no spark so i took it to a friends that knows a lot more than me on this stuff. 2004 arctic cat 4x4 auto no spark.
